Who are we
We are Swindon North District Scouts, part of the Scouting Association.
The personal information we collect and use
- Site registration - your name and email address is stored for your login.
- Contact us - emails are dealt with and deleted. On occasion, your email may be forwarded to a third party to fulfil enquiries.
- Young Person Membership enquiry - contact details are forwarded to a third party (the relevant scout group) to fulfil the enquiry. Contact details are kept secure until the enquiry has been fulfilled.
- Adult training module application forms are kept secure by the training team and deleted once the module has passed and details are updated on Compass.
